Sleep deprivation: I haz it

Sleep deprivation is the condition of not having enough sleep; it can be either chronic or acute. A chronic sleep-restricted state can cause fatigue, daytime sleepiness, clumsiness and weight loss or weight gain.
Physiological effects:
- aching muscles: Piernas y brazos.
- confusion, memory lapses or loss: si, como borrachera y cruda, todo al mismo tiempo.
- depression: todavía no.
- hallucinations: no.
- hand tremors: no.
- headaches: muchos.
- malaise: si y mil veces si
- sensitivity to cold: hasta me resfrié.
- bloodshot eyes: anoché como a las 4am sentí mi ojo derecho ponerse rojo.
- periorbital puffiness (bags under eyes or eye bags): hasta maquillaje me puse hoy.
- increased blood pressure: puedo escuchar mi corazón bombeando.
- increased stress hormone levels: seguramente si
- increased risk of diabetes: damn it!
- increased risk of fibromyalgia: say what?!
- irritability: si no me dejan dormir hoy, correrá sangre!
- nystagmus (rapid involuntary rhythmic eye movement): no.
- obesity: so I've gained even more weight?!
- temper tantrums in children: no necesariamente en niños, trsut me.
- yawning: like a boss.
